N-HeFT™ provides online and live educational training programs for individuals and teams across the cardiovascular continuum of heart failure from risk prevention to advanced heart failure.
N-HeFT™Online presents audio-taped courses for individuals interested in improving the management of heart disease. New courses are added regularly.
N-HeFT™Live offers customized one or two day workshops for medical teams through 35 national sites led by top heart failure experts. Workshops include interactive discussions on optimal approaches to HF management and the opportunity for practical application, including visiting one of our heart failure centers. Follow up mentoring is included.
